Strategy includes new business modles, product-service-systems, and customer-orientation (from the customer to the customer). Process orientation contains knowledge of business process management, management of the ICT entreprise architecture, and product-life-cycle management. Systems contain hard- and software, and include cyber-physical systems (CPS) and topics like digital factory reference architecture, semantics, automation, product-service-data transmission and security.
